We have partnered with the University of Liverpool to better understand the data within Preventing Future Death (PFD) Reports issued and inquest conclusions for when the deceased had a learning disability. To help us do this, we have also commissioned Dr Georgia Richards, University of Oxford, to identify all reports using the Preventable Deaths Tracker. The report is due to be released near the end of 2023.
